Cancelling an order at Focus Camera Rental is easy:

1. Contact Us
   Send an email to info@focuscameraverhuur.nl as soon as possible or call us on +31 (0)6 83 53 99 53 . Please state your order number and the reason for cancellation.

3. Confirmation of cancellation
   Once we have processed your request, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

At Focus Cameraverhuur we do not ship equipment. Rented items can only be picked up at our location in Zwolle. In exceptional cases we can deliver equipment, for example for large projects or specific appointments. Please contact us in advance via info@focuscameraverhuur.nl or +31 (0)6 83 53 99 53 , so we can discuss the possibilities.

We ensure that your equipment is available on time and in perfect condition!

Once you have placed your order online, you can pick it up on the date of your choice. The process is quick and easy: select the desired rental period during the ordering process and we will make sure that the equipment is ready for you on time.

Returning rented equipment is easy:

• Return on the agreed date: Return the rented products to our location on the date you selected during booking.
• Return inspection: Upon return, we will check the equipment together with you for any damage or missing parts.

Once you have returned the rented equipment and we have checked it, the remaining costs and/or deposit will be refunded immediately. Depending on your bank, it can take 1-3 business days before the amount is in your account.
